  • Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.

  • In case of cancellation, wallet refunds will be processed instantly (where applicable).

16. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. For prepaid orders, cancellation refunds will be issued as wallet balance to avoid bank gateway deduction fees.
