1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available. You can pay at the time of delivery.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 working days after confirmation. Delivery time may vary based on your location and order volume.


3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to monitor the delivery status in real time.


4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Note:

  • Sale items and limited-edition drops are non-returnable

  • Returns are processed as store credit or product exchange


5. Will sold-out items be restocked?

No. All our products are released in limited drops. Once a design is sold out, it will not be restocked.


6. What if I receive the wrong product or size?

In case of any issue with your order (wrong product, size, or damage), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll take care of it with priority.


7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, cancellations are allowed only before the order is shipped.
If prepaid, cancelled orders will be refunded to your Urban Morphs Wallet.


8. What is the Urban Morphs Wallet?

Your wallet is a digital balance that can be used on future purchases:

  • Cashback (if applicable) is credited here

  • Refunds from cancellations or returns are processed to the wallet

  • Wallet balance is not transferable or withdrawable to bank accounts


9. Is the clothing true to size?

Yes, we follow a relaxed streetwear fit (oversized for certain styles). Refer to the size guide on each product page before placing your order.
